Pasta:
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons chocolate powder
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 3 cups of wheat flour
- 2 cups of tea
- 2 tablespoons of yeast
- 1 cup (tea) milk
Syrup:
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 7 tablespoons of powdered chocolate
- 2 cans of cream with whey
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
PREPARATION MODE
Pasta:
In a blender add the eggs, chocolate powder, butter, flour, sugar and milk, then beat for 5 minutes.
Add the yeast and mix with a spatula gently.
In a greased pan, pour the dough and bake in a medium oven (180 ºC) preheated for about 40 minutes. Don't forget to use a tall form for this recipe: as it takes two spoons of yeast, it grows a lot! Another solution may be to place just one spoon of yeast and keep your recipe in a small form.
Syrup:
In a saucepan, heat the butter and mix the powdered chocolate until smooth.
Add the cream and mix well until you get a creamy consistency.
Turn off the heat and add the sugar.

PREPARATION MODE
Cake:
In a mixer, beat the egg whites. Add the egg yolks, one by one, and add the sugar. Pour the NINHO Milk little by little, without stopping beating. Gently incorporate the sifted flour with the TWO FRADES Chocolate Powder and the yeast. Pour into a round pan (28 cm in diameter) greased with butter and sprinkled with wheat flour and bake in a medium-high oven (200ºC), preheated, for about 40 minutes. Unmold, let it cool and cut it in half.
Filling and Covering:
In a saucepan, mix the MILK MILK, the butter and the Chocolate Powder TWO FRADES. Bring to medium heat, stirring constantly, for about 6 minutes or until a soft brigadeiro forms. Fill one part of the cake with half the brigadeiro, cover with the other half of the dough, and spread the rest of the brigadeiro with a spatula or knife on the sides and surface of the cake. Finish with granulated chocolate.
